Fried eggplant — this is one of simple and delicious works of Egyptian street catering.
The egg is cooked almost until cooked, cleaned, and seconds to ten drops of red-hot vegetable oil. eggplant cut and fried in a wok big — it's not the type of stationary flat pans. Plus a little salt, black pepper and even some spices. Top dressing of fresh red peppers, but sort of not very sharp and it's good … and garlic bring with them.
It should be a plate with a pair of fresh bread and eggs five Egyptian pounds — less than one U.S. dollar.
